Biography

Lindsay Daniel Livesay specializes in the human side of wealth and the strategic execution of intent. She began her career practicing law before leaving to become a Trust Officer, a transition that allowed her to apply the skillset she developed as a practicing attorney to the administration of trusts and estates.

Her dynamic career path, which includes experience as a litigator, provides her with unique insights into trust and estate administration—specifically, anticipating where conflicts might arise and ensuring administration is handled with strict adherence to fiduciary standards. Lindsay has been instrumental in refining and defining the strategic direction of SFC. She helped architect the firm’s service model to ensure it directly addresses the evolving needs of modern families, setting the course for how SFC serves its clients today and into the future.

A fifth-generation Fort Worth Native, Lindsay is married to her husband, Cameron, and they have a daughter and a son.  Lindsay currently serves on the boards of the North Texas Community Foundation, El Tesoro Foundation Board (Camp Fire), and Tarrant County Probate Bar Association and has served in the past on the boards of the Fort Worth Business & Estates Council, Kupferle Health Board of Texas Health Resources Foundation, and Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
